Guests of the Hawthorne are invited to an exclusive “Captain’s Cocktail Hour” on the lower deck. Surrounded by wood-panel walls and porthole windows, you will feel as though you have been transported to the 1912 cabin. Mingle with other passengers while enjoying some light nosh and Titanic-inspired cocktails - like the “Maiden Voyage” - from the cash bar. Among the chatter, listen to acting Captain Edward Smith recite shipboard tails, historical insights, and other stories that bring the era’s elegance and adventure to life.

For a more relaxed option, enjoy a “Third Class Supper” in the Tavern. Special Titanic-themed, third-class menu items will be available starting Friday evening and throughout the weekend. This is not a ticketed event. Specials (along with the daily Tavern menu) will be available to hotel guests, event guests and the general public. Reservations strongly encouraged.

Enjoy an afternoon tea inspired by Titanic’s First-Class Tea Service; complete with finger sandwiches, pastries, and tea blends presented in Edwardian-style china. After a bubbly toast, the knowledgeable “Mrs. Gertrude Francis Eaton-Darley,” will lead you through Edwardian social graces, from how to properly sip tea to greetings and conversation tips appropriate for 1912.

A CELEBRATION OF THE EDWARDIAN ERA (7:30pm-12:00am)
On Saturday, don your best period costume and join us in the Hawthorne Ballroom, inspired by Titanic’s grand interiors. Enjoy a live performance on arrival with Edwardian classics and Titanic-themed music that will fill the room with reflection. Sip on themed cocktails from the cash bar, and savor passed hors d'oeuvres – curated bites from the era. The masquerade ball then comes to life with an upbeat dance party, where the live performer will join the modern-day disc jockey. Stick around for the costume contest and the grand dessert display of Titanic classics accompanied by coffee and tea. For the complete experience, remain on the dance floor until you hear the final bell.
