Most CCL classes don't even cover how to draw your weapon from concelament.
Also, the way you dress changes with colder weather, especially in Illinois.
Here is a great way to practice conceal carry while dressed for cold weather.

Practical and Self-defense shooting doesn't happen slowly when you are prepared and in perfect weather. Your clothing changes with cold weather, especially in Illinois! Learn to carry comfortably when dressed for colder weather, and learn how to safely and effectively draw your Conceal Carry pistol.
Drawing from concealment is a skill that must be taught so that we can learn to “Do dangerous things safely”. Students will receive small lessons, guided practice, and drills to improve their ability to draw form concealment and saafely clear clothing. 3 Hours at an easy pace. 100-300 round count for your pistol of choice. A good quality holster is a must. Bring your own eye and ear protection. Loaners are available, contact Ben@titan-tactical with any questions!
