The 6 week Titan Accelerator Programme takes place at the ARK Gym, mains estate, Milngavie.
The programme is aimed mostly at over 35 women and men, and has been PROVEN to be particularly suitable to and helpful for those who may be seeking to lose weight and tone up.
We are launching our mid-summer run of the programme on the following days & times -
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6.45-7.45am, beginning on Tuesday 9th July, and running until Thursday 15th August (induction on Tuesday 2nd July).
OR
Wednesdays, 6.30-7.30pm & Saturdays, 10.45-11.45am, beginning on Wednesday 10th July and running until Saturday 17th August (induction on Wednesday 3rd July).
OR
Tuesdays, 7.50-8.50pm & Fridays, 6.15-7.15pm, beginning on Tuesday 16th July and running until Friday 23rd August (induction on Tuesday 9th July).
PLEASE NOTE: When signing up, you need to select 6 sessions with a combination of TUESDAYS/THURSDAYS [6.45AM]; WEDNESDAYS [6.30pm]/SATURDAYS [10.45am] OR TUESDAYS [7.50pm/FRIDAYS [6.15pm]. If you can’t make a particular session you can always join another group slot to catch up later on!
Only £299 per person for the entire programme - which includes personalised nutrition plans, meal plans and weekly check-ins as well as the 2 x weekly training sessions (12 in total).
