10:00–11:15AM for a special Wellness + Craft event for children and grown-ups.
In this joyful session, we’ll:
- Explore simple yet powerful ways to weave gratitude into everyday life.
- Practice noticing gratitude in both BIG ways (the people who love and support us) and in the small, fleeting moments (a fallen red leaf on an autumn walk).
- Sing, dance, pause, and reflect together.
- Create a meaningful gratitude inspired craft to take home, a reminder to keep the practice alive.
