The story of immigration is not just about crossing borders, but is a testament to human spirit, resilience, and the rich tapestry of traditions. Dive into the classic traditions brought to our region by 19th-century settlers. Explore the intertwining of cultural celebrations, and reflect on how they color our current community’s festive season. Highlights include explorations of St. Martin’s Day, St. Lucy’s Day, a traditional tree lighting, and more.Note: In order to give students hands-on experiences, we suggest families rotate in small groups. Thus the maximum capacity of this program is about 100 students.
