Welcome to the winter seasonal edition of our 102 charcuterie workshop class! Get ready to learn all about the art of balancing flavors, textures, and colors to create a beautiful and delicious charcuterie board. We will be focusing on seasonality and regionality to curate a charcuterie board that will turn every head at your holiday gathering.

Didn't make it to one of our 101 classes? No problem! We'll be recapping the basics of building a charcuterie board as well!
What's included:
- One bamboo board, large enough for groups up to 5
- 5 cheese samples
- Selection of Accoutrements
- Choice of one 12 oz Drekker beer -or- a 6 oz house pour from Mangata.
Please arrive a few minutes early to grab a drink and get settled in. We recommend attendees bring a pen and note pad for taking notes. This event is 21+, minors welcome with an accompanying adult (ticket purchase required).
This workshop will be held at the North Bar & Terrace upstairs at Brewhalla. Drink tickets will be distributed upon arrival and can be redeemed at the upstairs bar or at Mangata Wine & Raw Bar.
