FAME, the Foundation for the Advancement of Music & Education, presents Tis the Season, our annual intergenerational holiday concert, at 2PM on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at the Performing Arts Center at Dr. Henry Wise High School in Upper Marlboro, MD. FAME is currently celebrating the 10th Anniversary Season of the FAME Jazz Band Program, an initiative that has provided quality jazz education and training to young musicians in the Washington DC area since 2015. Tis The Season 2025 features performances by the FAME Jazz Band, the FAME Jazz Ensemble, and other special guests, playing music of multiple genres for one unforgettable evening of festive fun. General admission tickets are $20, with student tickets priced at $15. FAME supporters can also enhance their Tis the Season experience with the VIP package, which offers an invitation to a pre-show reception with food & drink as well as reserved seating to the concert, all for $100.
