About this Event

Many people live with constant tiredness, low energy, emotional exhaustion, and a quiet feeling that they are no longer fully themselves.

You may wake up already feeling tired, even after a full night's sleep. You may notice a lack of inspiration, motivation, or enthusiasm for things that once brought you joy. Life continues, responsibilities continue, but something feels missing. You are functioning, coping, and getting through the days — yet not feeling fully connected to yourself, your energy, or your sense of aliveness.

Stress is often seen as a normal part of modern life. Yet over time, ongoing stress can gradually drain our energy, affect our wellbeing, influence our emotions, and disconnect us from ourselves.

In this introductory talk, we will explore the relationship between stress, energy depletion, and disconnection. We will look at how stress affects the body, emotions, mind, and overall quality of life, and why understanding these processes is often the first step towards greater balance and wellbeing.

This talk is based on the Human System understanding — the core method and philosophy behind Grounded Energies.
