What's on the program? Learn how to make a classic Italian Tiramisu from scratch, including:
- Preparing the ladyfinger sponge
- Whipping the perfect mascarpone cream
- Technique for building clean, restaurant style layers
- How to flavor, soak, and assemble the dessert
- Plating techniques for a professional presentation
You will make your own tiramisu and take it home at the end of the class.Patrons must purchase baking class tickets by 11:59pm Saturday, February 21st 2026.
