Beginner friendly!! Feel free to bring your own mat & Yoga props.
Classes take place every Saturday from June 7th to September 27th, totaling 16 seasons, excluding Saturday, July 26th.
After your yoga class concludes at noon, you will be offered a glass of wine, mead, or sangria to enjoy-because nothing says “I just mastered downward dog” like a refreshing drink that pairs perfectly with your newfound flexibility. Just remember, if you can touch your toes, you can definitely touch the bottom of that wine glass!
Lauri is a 500-hour certified yoga instructor.
$20 per session which includes one glass of wine, mead, or sangria. Non-alcoholic options will be available.
