We have been missing our Tuesday evenings at Quenched & Tempered, and are excited to be welcomed back, this time with Madi leading the flow!
Local Instructor Madi Smith will lead us through a challenging and fun yoga flow during which we will incorporate our tasty libations! Check your inhibitions at the door and take this opportunity to slow down and have a little fun with friends!
