The details: Doors open at 1:30pm sharp. TICKETS ARE REQUIRED for guests under 21 years of age. NO BAGS allowed and Tipsy reserves the right to search guests. 21+ to drink in Tipsy's Upstairs Lounge. Cocktails are NOT allowed in Tipsy's main floor (18+ area). Proper ID required to access upstairs lounge.
