Event Details:• This one hour event will be held in the jiu jitsu room at True Performance Fitness. Participants are required to remove their shoes prior to entering the mat space.
• The theme “You've got a friend in me” will be explored through collaborative games, partner poses, yoga stories, and an art project. **Bring your favorite stuffed animal to class to practice buddy breathing!**
• Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes. Grip socks if desired. Price ($25 plus tax) includes all props and supplies. Yoga mats will be provided. Sign up here or message if you prefer to use Venmo or Cash.
• Tiny Yogi’s is best for ages 2-4, however older siblings are always welcome. Class is limited to 12 children. Each sibling must have a separate registration. Siblings get a $5 discount, message me for this option.
•Refund policy: cancellation before 48 hours will be credited to a future class. Cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit funds to cover the cost of the rental space and supplies. In case of inclement weather, a new date will be provided.
