TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. 21+ event
2. Any theft or property damage will be subject to fines.
3. No items that may be used in a dangerous or threatening manner. i.e., firearms, knives or weapons of any description (and any other sharp items), illegal drugs, fireworks or explosives.
4. No outside food or alcohol.
5. No roughhousing, no moshing, no ruckus, etc.
6. No racism, no sexism, or any type of discrimination.
7. All sales are final, no refunds.
8. To ensure the safety of all event attendees, access to the event sites will be refused to, but not limited to, people who: are under the influence of illegal drugs, any other illegal substances or are clearly suffering from alcohol or other substance intoxication.
9. Any photography or videos taken at this event, whether in digital or analog format, is subject to a mandatory, non-exclusive license to Tiny Room Studios for use in promotional purposes. You are subject to being recorded while at the event.
10. Tiny Room Studios disclaims all responsibility from losses or damages to vehicles parked in or near the event.
11. This waiver extends to any liability that arises out of, or is in any way connected with the medical treatment and transportation provided in the event of an emergency and/or injury.
