Learn the nuances of tincturing fresh vs. dried herbs. Make your own tincture using fresh herbs.We will be working with whatever herbs are ready on the day of class--most likely peppermint, mugwort, or lemonbalm.
We will also discuss the herb of the day and how to use it. Dosing with tinctures will also be covered.
