A Place of Support, Strength, and Self‑Care for Caregivers📅 Last Thursday of every month

The Timeless Memory Café is devoted to supporting not only individuals living with dementia, but also the caregivers who support them. We recognise that caregiving can be both rewarding and demanding, and individuals doing so deserve compassion and practical tools to look after their own wellbeing.
We will be offering a series of wellbeing talks designed specifically for caregivers. These sessions will create a safe, uplifting space where carers can pause, recharge, learn helpful strategies, and feel truly supported.
Our aim is to empower caregivers to take care of themselves, emotionally, physically, and mentally so they can continue providing care with resilience and confidence. Look out for new topics and strategies every month. February - Yoga and Meditation with Sandra.
Your loved one will enjoy a range of activities, including our Mobii magic table, an interactive piece of technology that stimulates cognitive activity.
Complimentary Tea, Coffee and Cake will be available throughout the session.
