SHAFT (1971)
Suave private eye John Shaft is hired by crime lord Bumpy Jonas to find and retrieve his kidnapped daughter Marcy. But soon, Shaft finds himself up against rival street gangs, Black separatist groups, the Italian Mafia, meddlesome police, and Bumpy himself. Can he find out the truth of what happened to Marcy before it’s too late?
SHAFT’S BIG SCORE! (1972)
When Shaft finds out that his old friend who has died ran a numbers racket out of his legitimate business and left $250,000 unaccounted for, he knows why he has suddenly found himself in the middle of a war between rival gangs. Shaft has all he can handle trying to track down the money and solve his friends murder, all while trying to keep his friend's sister from the clutches of these gangsters.
