Join Ron Davidson, Special Collections Librarian with the Sandusky Library, for an engaging presentation exploring the first settlers and early settlements of Sandusky, the Firelands, and the Lake Erie islands.
This illustrated talk will focus on the region’s formative years—from early settlement through the 19th century—highlighting the people, places, and stories that laid the foundation for life along Ohio’s Lake Erie shore. The program aligns with our January theme, “Ohio’s Firsts & Originals,” and sets the stage for a year-long celebration of local history.
