The itinerary for the day is as follows:
- **10:45 - 11:00 AM:** Check-in & receive your complimentary lava bead bracelet and access the essential oil bar. Please notify us in advance if you have any sensitivities to natural essential oil aromas.
- **11:15 AM:** Past Life Regression with Brandie Wells.
- **12:30 PM:** Enjoy a full salad bar and hearty soup luncheon.
- **1:30 PM:** Experience a Sound Bath with Energy Healing led by Jim Butler.
- **3:00 PM:** Participate in the Manifestation Ritual with Stacy Salpietro-Babb; Share Circle & Afternoon Tea (open discussions and connections).
- **4:30 PM:** Event concludes.
This exclusive spiritual immersion event is limited to just 24 participants, and attendees are required to stay for the entire day.
To prepare for the retreat, please note that no phones will be allowed; we encourage you to leave them in your vehicle, if possible. If you have a zero gravity chair, feel free to bring it along. Otherwise, bring a yoga mat with plenty of props and blankets for your comfort. Additionally, bring a treat to share for our afternoon tea if you are drawn to enjoy during the break, along with water and any other beverages you wish to have. Don’t forget to pack a notebook and writing tool for reflections and notes.
The retreat will encompass three key experiences: Past Life Regression to explore your past, a Sound Bath and Energy Healing session to ground you in the present, and a Manifestation Ritual to help you envision your future.
