In the fast-paced rhythm of Singapore, finding a true "reset" button can be a challenge. Time to Experience is a personal, self-initiated voluntary effort born from a passion for mental and physical well-being.

Join GK, an avid hiker, mindfulness guide, and mental health advocate, for a morning dedicated to holistic restoration. This initiative is dedicated to those who aspire to be an ambassador to promote the importance of physical & mental well-being. This isn't just a walk in the park—it’s a curated experience to nourish the three vital pillars of your well-being: your Body, Soul, and Mind.


What to Expect:

We will journey through the lush MacRitchie Reservoir, using the rhythm of the trail to anchor our practice.

  • Move the Body: A moderate 8km to 10km hike (approx. 2.5 to 3 hours) to invigorate your physical self and reconnect with nature.
  • Quiet the Mind: Intermittent pit stops to discuss the awareness of mindfulness, tips/perspectives, intentional silence walks and practice digital detoxing.
  • Nourish the Soul: Open, heart-centered conversations regarding mental health awareness, burnout recovery, and emotional resilience.
  • Build Community: Move from being "strangers" to a community and foster new friendships in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.

Mental health starts with you, but it thrives in community. By joining the hike, you aren't just a participant, you are gaining knowledge from the sessions and the fellow participants that you can share with your family, friends, and colleagues.

Whether you are a seasoned hiker or just looking for a mental reset, this event is for anyone who wants to prioritize their well-being. No prior experience is needed—just an open heart, comfortable walking shoes and a willingness to explore.

Note: This is a FREE event. To maintain an intimate and impactful experience, slots are strictly capped at 28 participants.

Info: We meet at MacRitchie Waiting Area. Please arrive on time to settle in and meet your fellow hikers.

Connection & Ice Breakers

Info: We begin with brief introductions and a light ice-breaker. This is where we start building the "Soul" element of our journey—turning a group of strangers into a supportive community.


🕑: 08:45 AM - 11:15 AM
The Hike

Info: We hit the trails! Our hike officially begins as we move into the lush greenery of MacRitchie. The Why? "Green Exercise" (activity in nature) is scientifically proven to lower stress hormones levels more effectively than an indoor gym session and meet the recommended 150-300 minutes of activity.


The 3km Intervals | Mindfulness Pitstops

Info: Every 3 kilometers, we will take a short "Mindful Break." These aren't just for rest; they are intentional windows for -

Body: Checking in with your physical sensations and breathing.
Mind: A short guided reflection or mental health tip shared by GK.
Soul: Brief moments of shared observation or quiet presence.

Reflection & Wrap-Up

Info: As we reach our finish point, we will gather for:

The Group Photo: Capturing the memory of our shared journey.
The Debrief: A space to share your experience and what you’re taking home.
