19:00 =“Ed Wood,” directed by Tim Burton, USA, 1994, 127 minutes / Tim Burton captures the essence of the worst movie director of all time who was also an exceedingly bizarre character in this lovingly rendered Hollywood bio-pic that entrances with its stunning b/w photography. Bela Lugosi, played memorably by Martin Landau, who deservedly won many awards for this performance, really steals the show.
And tomorrow night we screen one of ed Wood’s original films, “Plan 9 from Space.”
