This weeks headtorch run is meeting at The Tilted Barrel in Waltham. Food is beef or vegan chilli with either rice or jacket potato £10.
Please specify either beef or vegan, rice or potato as your ref on payment .

We will be running about 5 miles, off road around 10 min mile pace.
We will stop regularly to regroup.
No one gets left behind and every run has a designated run leader and back marker.
Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be on a short lead and must have a light or reflective strip on please.
A head torch is a must and off road trainers are recommended.
Good idea to have a phone with you and have ICE/medical details accessible.
High Viz is a must.
Food must be paid for in advance please by Monday 16th February by 5pm please.

These runs are free to join in but we do ask if you can, for a small donation to mental health and wellbeing charity A Platform to Talk which is a local charity which supports people in our community.
