TILLYfest celebrates the life and times of Yolo County’s Holstein Queen and internationally renowned milk production champion Tilly Alcartra (1908-1924). In her day, her reputation was unsurpassed and she set world records from 1914-1920.EVENT SCHEDULE AT BLUE NOTE:

4-5 PM : Free Western Swing Dance Lessons
The FREE festival will feature FREE live Country Western music at Blue Note Brewing, Bluegrass music at Heritage Plaza, and American Roots music at The Burger Saloon.
This year we are introducing FREE Western Swing dance lessons presented by the Western Swing Society and COW BINGO presented by the Esparto High FFA Boosters.
Once again there will be historical exhibits, food, beverages, vendors, farmers market, games and other activities for the whole family presented by county 4-H Clubs and FFA.
