Blue Hawk Theatre Guild Presents: Til Death & AJJ Improv NightA KCACTF Fundraiser Performance
Join the Blue Hawk Theatre Guild for an evening that balances powerful storytelling with laughter, all in support of our students’ journey to the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival (KCACTF). This special two-night event is free-will donation, with all proceeds helping fund travel and participation in the festival.
The evening begins with Til Death, a one-act play written by Blue Hawk Theatre Guild member Ellie Redig. This contemporary drama follows Ronni as she unpacks her modern love story with Bodhi through therapy sessions, revealing their relationship through a series of flashbacks shaped by military deployment. The play explores themes of love, separation, grief, substance use, and depression with honesty and emotional depth.
Content note: This production addresses mature themes and is recommended for audiences 15 and up.
To close the night, lighten your heart and join the fun with AJJ Improv, as the group takes the stage for fast-paced, short-form improv sketches featuring audience participation. No two performances will be the same, and laughter is guaranteed.
