Working with clay is both calming and restorative. When we create art together, we strengthen our sense of connection and care within the community. These workshops offer space to slow down, reflect, and express what this season has meant to us, individually and collectively. As Kerr County continues to recover from the recent floods, the long-form process of mosaic making offers a way to build forward with intention, honoring lived experiences while fostering hope, empowerment, and resilience.
All tiles created will become part of a large-scale mosaic celebrating Kerr County’s landscape, people, and enduring spirit.
