This 2 day theory and practical course is designed to provide students with an introduction to legislation affecting heavy vehicle operators, and is a process which enables a person to progress from a Car license to a HC learners permit.Course Outline - Overview of road law, Industry Terminology, Gearbox operations (18 speed), Axle weights, Daily Checks, Breakdown & Accident Procedures, Tyre Changing, Tarping, Roping, Dogging & Chaining and more.
Upon successful completion of the TILE Course, we can then help complete your transition to a HC License, by providing over and above the necessary Training and Assessing required by government standards, so when you leave LITA Training, you will have gained the necessary skills and basic knowledge to perform Heavy Combination (HC) operations.
