For chapter 19 of our beloved Forbidden Rum Club we'll venture to the Caribbean Sea to see the beautiful island of Guadeloupe. Perfectly nestled on the slopes of La Soufrière, the historic Bologne distillery is home to the lovely Rhum Bologne Blanc we'll sample.With each class we intend to teach you about the selected rum, along with the distillery and region where it is created. Each Ticket will include a pour of our selected rum, followed by a cocktail and recipe card that features the rum.
Finally should you enjoy the selected rum we would like to encourage you to visit our friends at Mitch E Amaro to procure a bottle after our class.
