Tiger is currently operating out of All Souls Church & Community Centre, Ilkeston Road, Nottingham NG7 3HF.

We are still supporting the mental health and wellbeing of our community.

Join us for a weekly Tiger Community Cafe.

Tiger Community Cafe:

Refreshments available 11am - 3pm including drinks, snacks, sandwiches and cakes
Nutritious Tiger Eats Cooked lunch - choose from our current chilled meals offer
Free activities to support mental heath and wellbeing
We offer a warm and welcoming space to all visitors. Don't worry if you are on your own, there will be friendly people to chat to

Everyone is welcome to come along, make new friends, keep warm whilst you do an activity, enjoy a cuppa and some food.

Attendance is free, drinks and food are available at community prices.
