About this Event
The last day to register as a vendor (Food Truck/Maker's Market) is Friday, November 15th at 5pm. However, please note that tickets and spaces are subject to selling out before this date. All spaces/tickets are sold on a first-come first-served basis.
The Hometown Holidays Vendor Committee will review all applications/submissions. If we have too many entries in one category of a similar type (for example five coffee trucks or three permanent jewelry bars or that an entry does not meet our guidelines), we reserve the right to issue refunds and limit vendor sales.
As of 10/11/24 at 2:45pm, We are NOT accepting any more permanent jewelry and freeze-dried candy vendors.

Maker's Market Vendor Information
Maker's Market Vendors should have handmade/handcrafted items or unique items (no direct sale companies). We reserve the right to choose who we approve to vend. We DO NOT provide electricity or water. However, vendors may bring a QUIET generator, but it must fit within your vendor space. Spaces are 12' x 12'.
Food Truck Vendor Information
Food Truck Vendors are required to obtain a separate Temporary Food Service Permit before the festival. This should be obtained by November 29th at 12pm. For your temporary food service permit, please contact Tifton City Hall at 229-382-6231. This permit MUST be shown and provided by the vendor during check-in and must be displayed during the festival. We DO NOT provide electricity or water. However, food truck vendors may bring a QUIET generator, but it must fit within your vendor space. Food Truck Vendor spaces are 20'x20'.
Vendor Fees:
Maker's Market (12X12) - $50.00
Food Truck Vendor (20X20) - $300.00
You may purchase additional space at the same cost. For example, 3 spaces for Maker's Market is $150.00.
100% of proceeds raised from ticket sales are used to support this community event
Refunds:
All entry fees are subject to being refundable but that is up to the discretion of the Hometown Holidays Planning Committee.
NO tobacco, smoking, or alcohol products will be allowed for sale during this event.
Upon Your Arrival:
• Additional instructions for vendor check in will be sent out before the event.
• Check in time will begin at 3:30 p.m.
• At this point, we will have a staff member to check you in and confirm your location.
• Please note: All vehicles MUST be unloaded and moved out of the festival area by 5 p.m. (PLEASE do not leave your vehicle parked on the street in the downtown area).
You must park in a designated parking area outside of the festival area.
• All vendor spots are great. NO locations or spots are guaranteed.
• No refunds or credits will be issued for any reason.
• Please do NOT set up early. You will be assigned a location.
• Please do NOT break your vendor space down before 10:00 p.m.
• All Food Vendors: Food Vendors are required to obtain a separate Temporary Food Service Permit. For your temporary food service permit, please contact Tifton City Hall at 229-382-6231.
• Sales Tax: ALL Vendors will be responsible for collecting and reporting Georgia State Sales Tax (8%). For more information, please call (404) 417-4477.
