About this Event
In this Tiffany style stained glass workshop you will learn the basic skills of glass cutting, foiling, and soldering tocreate your own unique festive decoration.
Each participant will make and complete a glass star ornament. You will have a range of colours to pick from when creating your decoration to make it unique to your taste.

Artst bio:
Zoe Eady is a Glass Artist based in Leeds working within the medium since 2007. She specialises in the creative design and production of Art Glass (windows and panels) using traditional and modern techniques. She has completed commissions internationally, both public and private. These can vary greatly depending on client’s preferences. She uses a versatile approach to the medium with a focus on building a close relationship between Artist, client/steering group, and audience. Each piece is a creation that is both unique and meaningful.
She has completed numerous private commissions as well as repair and restoration work, hot and cold glass work, and traditionally fired stained glass painting. At the forefront of her practice is a continuing development of skills and output, which currently has an emphasis on contemporary and modern themes.

Sunny Bank Mills is an inspirational cultural destination in the heart of the local community of Farsley, Leeds. Founded in 1829, these glorious Mills are being regenerated by the sixth generation of the family owners, creating a wonderful blend of work, leisure and culture.

Workshop and course bookings can be cancelled and refunded up until 7 days before the scheduled start date. As materials and equipment are ordered in advance, we regret that refunds cannot be offered less than 7 days before the workshop date. Please note that Eventbrite’s booking fee is non-refundable.
If we need to cancel the course for any reason your ticket will be fully refunded.
