Who’s coming to St. Louis to spend the weekend with me, Valerie, and Olivia?!We’ll be at 1st Phorm HQ training together in their gym, hanging out, and just spending time as a community. This will be our 4th time doing this meet up, and every year it gets better. It’s such a great way to meet new people, connect in person, and make some real memories together.
