Ribs will be distributed at 8:00 a.m. to be smoked/cooked on site; turn-in is at 3:00 p.m.
Live blues jam will be hosted by the award-winning BLUZHAMMER, 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The winner of the rib cook-off will get a WWE-style professional wrestling Rib Heavyweight Championship belt to hold and display for one year, with the expectation to return next year and defend the title. The winner will also receive a crisp $100 bill!
Also we will have another one of our famous hot sauce challenges: 10 Levels of Doom! Can you defeat the master?
Event will be outdoors, metal folding chairs provided-- or bring your own. Plenty of room outside, kid and pet friendly!
