Sprint Triathlon - 750 meter swim, 12 mile bike, 5K run.Olympic Triathlon - 1500 meter swim, 24 mile bike, 10K run. 2 loops of the Sprint course for all 3 (swim, bike, run).
Great food from Wind Chill Factory, Southern Tier Brewing Company Beer Zone, race swag and fun for all ages with Sprint and Olympic distance Triathlons, Sprint and Olympic AquaBike. Individuals or relay teams will love the course layout with a start in the crystal clear waters of Lake George and then scenery rich courses for both the bike and the run hugging the shore lines of the lake.
Paratriathletes welcomed!
*Double Ti - Race the Sprint AND the Olympic Tri (all athletes must finish the Sprint that begins at 7:00am and be back to the start line for the 9:00am Olympic Tri)
Awards ceremony following each race with age group awards in 5 year increments.
Relay teams of 2 or 3 people are welcome to join in the fun for the Sprint and Olymic Triathlons.
All races are USAT sanctioned and all rules and regulations apply, and there will be no refunds for this event. Race is held Rain or Shine.
