You'll be given a simple structure to start with. As you create, you get to follow your own expression, try new approaches, and respond to changes in your own way.

Through this playful and reflective experience, you may notice how you show up - how you make choices, what stories you tell yourself and what shifts when you give yourself permission to trust your instincts and enjoy the process.
