Situated along the seafront just a stone’s throw from Ryde’s golden sand beaches, this ???? ?? ?????? ????????? ????? provides a rich mix of bank holiday entertainment for both local residents & Island visitors ⛱Over the Late May Bank Holiday weekend, feel-good live music will be provided by The Redcatz Rock’n’Roll Trio, Momentary High, The Signal Men, It’s Not a Phase Mom!, Emellia, Diva-Licious, Charlene Duncan, Greg Barnes, The Sirens, Amy Jolliffe, Steve Love’s Island Songs and more, plus an opportunity for upcoming new local talent to take to the stage ?
There will be a real ale bar courtesy of Island Ales, hot food freshly cooked by Island caterers including mouth-watering loaded fries, delicious burgers, cured and smoked sausages, meats, and cheese and Mexican cuisine, all made using locally sourced ingredients. There will also be delicious locally-produced shortbread and cheesecakes plus ice creams, candy floss and sweet nachos. Not forgetting teas, coffees, hot chocolates, fresh churros and doughnuts, all served with a smile! ☕️?
You can also browse a range of traditional market stalls. Why not pose for a hand-drawn caricature, have your tarot cards read or indulge in a beautifully sculpted henna tattoo? A range of children’s activities, including hair braiding and face painting will keep the little ones happy whilst the adults relax and enjoy the music. ?
Organised by Jack Up Events with the support of Ryde Town Council, Ticket to Ryde is an established event now in its 10th year. Due to very popular demand, it will be returning for the Late May (Spring) Bank Holiday weekend in addition to its usual slot at the end of August.
The event is staged for the community to support Island charities and traders. This year our Charity of the Year is the Motor Neurone Disease Association Isle of Wight (MNDA).
With a lovely atmosphere & laid back family-friendly vibe, it’s the perfect way to enjoy a lazy bank holiday weekend! ☀️?
