BOOM! is a high-energy, heartfelt rock musical that follows Jon, a struggling composer on the brink of turning 30, grappling with his dreams, relationships, and the ticking clock of adulthood. His girlfriend wants to get married and move out of the city, his best friend is making big bucks on Madison Avenue, and yet Jon is still waiting tables and trying to write the great American musical.
Set in 1990s New York, this autobiographical piece blends wit, charm, and raw emotion, capturing the universal ideal to find meaning and make a mark before time runs out.
