The next edition of the Tibor Varga International Violin Competition will take place in Sion from August 22 to 30, 2025 ๐ปA total of 28 young violinists under the age of 30 will compete before an international jury chaired by Pavel Vernikov

Chamber music with soprano, piano and cello
Don't miss the third round of the Tibor Varga International Competition, a decisive stage before the final! In this chamber music round, the last six candidates take up an extremely demanding challenge. In dialogue with three renowned musicians, they must combine perfect mastery of their score with flawless listening and adaptability. This year, discover two works for soprano, violin, cello and piano that take us into very different worlds, from the sparkle of Beethoven to the poetry of Amy Beach. Candidates also take on one of the great trios of the violin, cello and piano repertoire
