Just as food is seen as medicine, so too is breath.
There is a direct connection between the breath and your psychological, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being. Unfortunately for many, breathing is involuntary or reactive.
When breath techniques are applied consciously you are entering into the areas of Healing, Optimising, or Manifesting.
You will learn the science of breath behind the techniques, how to access and influence your inner Ph*rm*cy for health and optimal performance, and the secret to manifesting.
You will also experience a potent 1-hour group breathwork session where I will guide you on a journey that integrates ancient and contemporary techniques for channeling and directing your energy to manifest what you desire.

We will explore simple yet powerful techniques of breath, sound, chanting, and mindful movement. These practices can support us to fine-tune our greatest vibrational instrument: our own body.
Deepen the connection of your body and spirit, allow your energy to be free-flowing and be in a state of relaxation and expansion.
The power of the sound meditation with the crystal quartz singing bowls will allow for a complete bath of healing energy.
Tibetan Yoga is a gentle healing system, which relieves stress, transforms negative patterns, and helps us to be balanced and healthy. It increases our enjoyment and appreciation of life and heals both our bodies and minds, bringing their energies together to function smoothly and harmoniously.

About Steve:
Steve is a SOMA Breath Master Instructor & Breath Coach and the founder of Inner Oasis. Inner Oasis is dedicated to helping people learn to balance their Inner and Outer worlds from a holistic perspective.
He has practised various breathing techniques dating back to when he had asthma as a child. After a 35 year journey through various martial arts, spiritual practices and an immersion into SOMA Breath, he practices and shares the benefits of conscious breathing techniques for optimal performance, well-being and manifestation. Steve is passionate about human potential and helping people be their best self.
For over 20 years Steve has transformed the lives of thousands of people, facilitating workshops in large organisations and corporates through world-leading programs he designed on Self Intelligence (In which he authored, JOLT Challenge - The Self Intelligence Experience), Storytelling and Creativity, as well as his work as a shamanic practitioner, life coach and mentor.
Steve facilitates retreats, workshops, classes, private sessions, speaks at conferences and is continually learning and sharing the science and techniques of breathwork practices locally and internationally.

About Brian:
Brian is a wellness coach and facilitator, who has helped hundreds of people around the world lead more balanced and meaningful lives.
With a background in neuroscience and more than 15 years of experience teaching and practicing yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and different healing modalities, Brian is able to synthesize modern scientific knowledge with ancient wisdom to help his clients get the results they desire.
Versed in various techniques, including Tibetan Yoga, Reiki, crystal and sound healing, Family and Systemic Constellations, Del Arca technique, Buddhist philosophy and psychology, breathing techniques and mantras, Brian is able to draw on a wide range of tools to guide transformation.
Having taught hundreds of workshops around the world, Brian has empowered people from all walks of life to realise their full potential and enable them to live a stress-free and meaningful life.​
Brian studied Tibetan Buddhism, Yoga, and meditation from the Tibetan Lama Tarthang Tulku's teachings at the Ratna Ling Retreat Centre for a two years deep immersion.
