Tibetan Tuesdays: Sound Healing Therapy utilizes Tibetan Bowls Chimes Drums Gongs and other sonic vibrations to facilitate in grounding the body while connecting the mind and Soul. The combination of these healing sounds create a hypnotic and meditative state allowing access to deeper levels of inner wisdom assisting in releasing what no longer serves the body ~ healing.
