By simply relaxing and allowing the sound to wash through us, bathing us in healthful frequencies, we have the capability to “realign” on cellular levels. This positive realignment may then manifest through us in all dimensions — physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
The Earth Gong and Tibetan Singing Bowls, along with many other analog sound tools, are incredibly efficient at re-patterning us this way.
Students typically lay comfortably on the floor in savasana, or a favorite meditation seat or gentle yoga poses are welcomed.
Students are encouraged to:
--Wear comfortable clothing
--Bring yoga props (bolsters/blankets/towels) anything for comfort and support
--Avoid eating a heavy meal ~2 hrs prior
--Be well hydrated
