In this workshop, Morag will introduce you to different types of bowls, we will learn a little of the theory behind the bowls. You will then learn some basic playing techniques and how to use the bowls both on and off the body. The workshop includes lots of practical experience as you will get to both give and receive sound healing sessions with a partner.
There will be a variety of bowls, wands and mallets for you to try. If you have some bowls at home, please bring them along to learn more about the best way to play them. There will also be a selection of bowls for sale at a range of prices.
