How to wake up consciously in your dreams and make it a spiritual practice:
This workshop begins with the Tibetan Five Rite of Rejuvenation asana sequence to build energy and activate the mind. The class covers the history and lineage of Dream Yoga (milam yoga). Intentions for practicing and the benefits of the practice are discussed. There will be a myriad of techniques offered that can be applied to the waking state to cross-train for the dream state.These include mantra repetition (japa),visualizations, and methods to reality check. There will also be many tips for after lucidity is achieved and how to apply the practice into your daily life. This class goes deep into yoga philosophy, meditation, and yoga nidra. Open to all levels.
