LAS VEGAS, NV - Join TI Senior Coach Stuart McDougal for this two-day course takes you through Total Immersion foundational drills and methods for full stroke mechanics, resulting in a freestyle that is faster, easier, and more efficient. We have worked with athletes from beginner to collegiate, Olympian, channel swimmers and pro triathletes. Max participants: 4-6 swimmers. New and improved workshop format. All activities (swim, rehearsals, on-deck video review) will be at an outdoor pool setting. Indoor classroom sessions will be over Zoom.BASE SCHEDULE, THURS. - MON. (Subject to minor revisions):

1. Thursday Eve (before workshop) - 6:00 pm: Zoom classroom with group.
2. Friday - 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Building the foundation of posture and balance, streamlining/lengthen body into smallest space - and integrating into freestyle. Dryland rehearsals and video analysis each pool session.
3. Saturday - 9:00 am - 12:00 pm: Continued focus on integrating new movement patterns/positions into freestyle. Seamless breathing, kick timing, speed/tempo, and addressing targets and goals for each swimmer. Dryland rehearsals and video analysis each pool session.
4. Monday Eve (after workshop) - 6:00 pm: Zoom classroom with group. Final video review, Q & A.
