12:30 - 02:30 1st underwater videotaping and group instruction in the pool. (outdoor pool)
02:30 - 04:30 Classroom workshop and review of video #1. Panera lunch provided by Coach Dave!
04:30 - 06:00 Group instruction in the pool (outdoor pool)
Sunday
07:30 - 09:00 Group instruction in the pool
09:00 - 11:00 Video review and Q&A, off-site brunch provided!
11:00 - 12:30 Group instruction in the pool and 4th underwater videotaping
12:30 - 01:30 On-deck wrap-up and review of video #4
