Kick off your 2026 resolutions on Pérez Art Museum Miami’s (PAMM) waterfront terrace with a wellness series intended to help you start the New Year off right! Inspired by the themes of mindfulness and presence within one’s body found in our new exhibition, Woody De Othello: coming forth by day, wellness instructor Kellie Williams and Jessica Rose Fisher will help you come forth into the New Year with a balance of mind, body, spirit, and love.Flow with intention in this 60-minute, all-levels vinyasa class led by Kellie Williams. Blending soulful hip-hop with mindful movement, Williams offers a unique, energizing practice rooted in her holistic approach to fitness and well-being.
Please bring your own mat to participate. Before class, meet us on the terrace for happy hour from 5–8pm.
