Because the world in 2025 is all about meeting IRL, not on dating apps!We’re excited to head over to one of our favorite spots in the city, Monarch, but this time, we’ll be collaborating with Matchbox! Matchbox is a software that uses relationship science to find you your most compatible match at the party. The algorithm has matched more than half a million people to date, across 40 countries. It optimizes for long-term compatibility, based on values—but it’s up to you to see if you’ll click.
How it works:
Upon arrival, you’ll take a matching questionnaire built by Matchbox’s team of relationship scientists and curated by your host.
The Matchbox algorithm will identify your optimal match at the party, based on relationship science, AI, and Nobel Prize-winning economics.
After mingling with the whole group, matches are revealed!
What to expect:
The matching process is highly intentional—come with an open mind.
If your match isn’t love at first sight, that’s okay! The algorithm is designed for long-term compatibility, so at baseline, you’ll be values-aligned.
At the end of the day, this will be a great group of single people. Enjoy meeting everyone, and remember to be kind.

This event is highly intentional and the matching will proceed on schedule. Please be on time.
7:30pm—the event begins on time, bar opens
8:30pm—doors close, The Algorithm begins computing matches
9:00pm—matches revealed
11:00pm—event concludes

FAQs:
Q: What age range is the event for?A: This event is for mid-twenties to late-thirties.
Q: What if I don’t get a match?A: We aim to maintain a 50/50 male to female ratio but cannot guarantee that all attendees will show up, as life happens. If there is an uneven split, some matches will be paired platonically. If you do not get a match, you are entitled to receive a free ticket to a future event of their choice!
