Want to learn how to run efficiently?

Want to improve that PB that you just can't get down anymore?
Want to be a podium placer instead of a mid-packer?
Sessions focused on improving running technique, speed, running endurance and overall fitness. Sessions conclude with a small yoga and/or stretching session.
Come along and train in a squad environment and benefit from the 'Group Training Effect'. Receive guidance and expert coaching by Coach Stephane Moulin (Rec. Running Coach - Level 2).
Sessions rotate in this order:
0) Traffic Lane
1) Pyramid Intervals Session
2) Short Intervals or Wind Sprints Session
3) Long Repeats Session
4) Track Fartlek Session
5) Mixed Track Session
6) Tempo or Cruise Intervals Session
7) Paired Short Reps
8) Random Track
This week's session is:
2) Wind Sprints
$10 pp per session or $60 monthly fee*
UP Coaching Premium Distant Athletes:
$5 pp
UP Coaching Premium Local Athletes:
Included as part of coaching package
* The sessions this monthly fee covers for the whole current month includes 'Core Sessions' Tuesday Performance Groups (TPG) and Thursday Track Training (TTT) in the home location of athlete's choice.
This fee is payable at the start of each new calendar month, at the first session you attend and is only valid for sessions within that calendar month.

Weather Policy: It's always the individual athlete's prerogative regarding attendance for the outdoor sessions during un-ideal weather. UP Coaching's position is: 'If it's raining we're training and heat we can beat, however if it's hailing we're bailing and lightning is frightening so the run...there's none!'
