Our Thursday morning session is specifically designed as a Technique & Endurance session. It is one of our two flagship 90 minute morning sessions.
This dynamic workout not only enhances your overall fitness through extended swims but also employs targeted drills and swim gear to reinforce excellent form over longer distances. It offers a perfect blend of endurance and technique work, making it an ideal addition to your weekly swim routine. For maximum benefits, consider pairing it with its 90 minute counterpart on Tuesday for a significant boost to your overall swim training, or one of our shorter Technique & Fitness Based sessions.

Minimium Swim Criteria to join
- If you do not meet this criteria please contact us ASAP as this session may not be the correct fit for your ability.
- Swimmers must be able to swim at least 200m of non-stop and proficient front crawl in approximately 2:30 per 100m.
- Participants must be 18 years or older.
- Please note that this is not a learn-to-swim session; attendees must have a basic proficiency in front crawl.
