📣📣Calling all lindy hoppers, balboa-heads, charleston nuts, and shag enthusiasts! Come on out to Portland's longest-running swing dance, bringing you fantastic live jazz music on Norse Hall's magnificent floor. Founded in 2020, the Rhythm Wrecker Dance Band is a Portland, OR based swing band led by drummer and swing dancer Eddie Montejo. Formed by dancers and for dancers, the Rhythm Wrecker Dance Band plays solid, four-to-the bar swing with a commitment to making danceable music for lindy hop and swing.

*Friendly reminder: non-marking shoes only when dancing (i.e. no rubber soles, outdoor shoes, tap shoes, etc.) Scuffs, scratches, and marks can lead to damage of the dance floor.

*Doors to lessons will be closed at 7PM. Dancers will not be admitted to lesson after this time but are welcome to wait in the downstairs lounge area.

The downstairs bar and lounge will be open. You may bring your drinks upstairs into the ballroom.
