• We meet every Thursday at the Monroe Science Center (rain or shine! 👏 )• 2 and 3 mile routes available (they are live on Strava and RunGo, but we will have paper directions on hand as well)
• We start running at 6:30pm, so get there early to stretch and get ready to roll!
• Post-run we head down the street to East Frank Supérette and Kitchen for those who want to join us!
• We will have a cooler with waters and treats after the run as well.
• All paces and people welcome ❤️
